FSW Profile continuation after moving to Canada on WP

Hello,

I created my FSW profile last year and applied (Have not received an ITA yet). While waiting, I secured a job in Quebec (Montreal) and recently got my work permit approved.
So, I am moving to Canada within a month to start the job.

I want to know if I can update my FSW profile worker details (which is required from me), and continue on my normal FSW application while I am in Quebec (Montreal).
In such a case, when I receive my PR, I will be leaving Quebec and moving to the designated province on my PR application

Note: I am not interested in applying for Quebec PR; I am only interested in the Canadian General PR
