Hi. Could you please suggest if the passport got expired after sending them the document for FSW Visa, Would that impact the application.
If yes, then does an individual needs to send the renewed passport copy again.

I am a present domestic helper in hong Kong and applied as a foreign skilled worker (worm picker) via a "immigration consultant"... unfortunately.
I submitted all my documents last June 30, 2013 and had medicals last August 2. It's been more than two months since then and I still haven't received my police clearance referral which is needed; a SOP and requirement to complete my documents as what my agency said, though wasn't a requirement on the LMO issued. We did send a follow-up email to the Canadian embassy twice since then. And still no word till now.
I'm really worried because I paid a big amount to be able to get the LMO which I think has a validity period of just 6months plus agency processing fee inclusive of the visa fee itself. As winter is setting in... are there still any chances that i be issued a visa when the job offer itself is about to end because it's winter.
Though it looks like a losing situation, it's just my faith that I'm clinging on to.
What are my fighting chances if so?
My application under FSW has reached the second stage where it is with the visa office, London now since I have applied from GCC.
Any idea how long does this process take?

I have an important question for you concerning SINP. As the post graduate work permit requires you to either complete a diploma/cert/degree of at least 8 months of full time study. Is it alright to do Masters certificate simultaneously over a period of three semesters(9 months) and still be able to apply for the SINP or it has to be a single degree program. Also, as per the new rules, is there any credit given for the on-campus or off-campus or co-op work during the coursework.
I made 2 bank cheques of AUD 490 each in favour of "CONSULATE GENERAL OF CANADA IN SYDNEY" (1 for myself and other one for my spouse), drawn on Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Is this the correct method of paying RPRF in Australia for FSWP migration? I am very stressed at this moment. Please help... ??? ???

We received an email to send "Appendix B" Form to Sydney VO by email or post (we emailed it to them). They also requested to confirm our passports are still the same. My dilemma is I have already sent "RPRF" Bank cheque last week and they received it on "07/Jan/2014" but they requested RPRF payment in the email. I emailed them explaining about the situation and also gave them the bank cheque details. Its been 2 weeks since they received our Bank cheque and I checked with CBA and they informed me that the cheque is still not cashed/paid yet.
How long does it take Sydney VO to cash a bank cheque for RPRF? I am scared they might have lost it... :-[ Please help....
