Wala pa nga MR ko eh. No agency po. Ang nakalagay sa ecas ko, "we started processing feb 23", same date as per. pero that line appeared after I received my 2nd aor.
@peinggay: ilang araw bago nag-reply ang CEM sa email mo? Nag-email na rin kasi ako kanina sa kanila. Its been 2 weeks na kasi since my 2nd aor at hanggang ngaun wala pa akong narereceive from them.
sa akin kasi na encash bankdraft..hay..nalilito na ako..i guess hntay ako till monday..pag ala pa tlgang reply then..di ko na pipilitin..d2 nlng ako..tutulong sa ngosyo namin..
the sad part in our application is the waiting period for our doccs to be returned since it took us almost 4 months before we received our returned docs. imagine the kind of mailing system we have in our country today.. very frustrating... if only we've received our docs then we could have resubmitted it before my NOC was closed.

@Carby, nagemail ako noong march 29 then nagrespond sila by Thursday, 3/31. mabilis sila magreply than CIO.

Guys advice... i am under an agency... and all correspondence from CIO/CEM are coursed through them... now i want to make an inquiry regarding my app... Will CEM reply to me even if my email address was not indicated in my application?

Subsections 87.3(2)-(3) - that's the one i saw in our refusal letter.I didn't not provide sufficient evidence that i performed the actions
described in the lead statement for the occupation daw. We have plans of reapplying, yun nga the saddest part is di pa nila return yun original docs. kasi yun original employment cert is nandun din.I'll ask na lang if possible makarequest yun agency nun IELTS copy.Ikaw what's your plan na? ???
Our next option is to re-apply. Although I have sent them a letter hoping they would re-consider our application but I doubt since I've heard they advise you to re-apply since they have made a decision already.
I will not wait for them to return my docs(i also doubt if they do), I will find a way to reproduce all docs needed. Kasi it will just take up your taking waiting and for all you know hindi naman nila e sauli yun.
Lets give it one more shot and take our future plans from there. if it's meant for us, then He will surely grant it..In His time

i doubt they will give you a reply since as per their note on this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/csu.asp, it was stated like this:
Note: email address must be the one you entered on any of these forms:
•Question 17 on your Application for permanent residence in Canada [IMM 0008 (04-10)]
•Question 6 on the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual form [IMM 5475 (12-2004)]
•Question 7 on the Use of a Representative form [IMM 5476 (10-2008)]
So only the email ad stated on the above forms are authorzied to received a reply. But who knows, you might want to give a try. Just clearly justify your reason why your sending an inquiry.
