when my docs were returned it was "ordinary" mailed. i had an application before sa manitoba under pnp and they only use "ordinary" mail lang talaga, and u know how long it takes here satin for them to deliver it, lalong nadadagdagan ang pagka delay. well anyways, gano man daw katagal darating at darating din siya hehehe

here's my story..... my application was returned twice due to some very minor discrepancies....I received all of the two applications in a months time together with the CIC's letter explaining why they returned my kit.... on the third try, which I sent last sept. 24, 2010, I assumed it was already correct coz when I emailed them regarding the status, they informed me that:

Good Morning
Your submission is currently under review by our office. You will be contacted in due course.
D.A.

With the email, they informed me of my Client ID number. This is the client ID number that I used for the ECAS. Now, my ststus says that it is "IN PROCESS"... hopefully it's a good sign.....

sabi nila sa kabilang forum e mali daw ang system ngayon kasi pag click nila yun"in process" sinasabi na -your medical result has been received"

I recieved my returned documents with their corrections after 20 days(the day na recieved ng CIO), pero i didn't recieved any email from the CIO or anyone only snail mail with my complete application.

wow ang bilis nito Pinay i'd rather not receive any email as long as i get the docs quickly like this

I did. I have no PER yet but when I tried ECAS, it says IN PROCESS, but no something about medical.

sa pagkaka alam ko u have to get ur PER first then ECAS next. Wala pa akong ECAS, calling the attention of our forum mates who already has their ECAS. thanks!

would you mind sharing with us the reason why your docs were returned? I prefer to received docs asap than receiving email which did not even specify why it ws incomplete. I could have corrected it earlier in the processing stage not this long.

may i ask what's the content of the letter when you received your docs last jan. 10, 2011? at least I could have an idea co'z i'll be dropping today to the post office to check my docs. it's been 4 months already since the CIO have returned my complete application. I am more concerned with the BD inside my docs.

It's a stupid stupid mistake on my part ;D

First application, sent last week of July, returned to me by CIC around 2nd week of August, reason: no IMM5406 (Additional Family Information) for my wife.... I only submitted for myself.

Second Application: sent the morning after I received the returned kit, around 2nd week of August, returned to me (again!!!! ;D) on Sept 17, 2010, reason: wrong NOC code, I wrote 1223 instead of 1233..... (really really stupid ;D)..... I again sent my application kit the morning after, and was received by CIC on Sept 24, 2010..... end the rest is history

like ke beaanddrei, when u receive ur docs ul see inside ung explanation nila kung san ka kulang or form na finill upan mo na me mali. saken my agent forgot to sign form payment and they submitted my husband's paper din so naconfuse ata ung reviewing officer kung sino talaga applicant kaya me question asking sino ba talaga? so they have to resend it again with a letter stating who the applicant is, the one with ielts result ganon.

maybe its best if u get in touch with ur bank asap baka pwede ikansel bankdraft? dunno kung pwede ha am not familiar kasi with bank procedures? just contact them kasi delikado that's money dear...

in my opinion based from the different threads that i've read from, iba iba case, merong mabilis, merong matagal. but the common denominator is: they come anyhow.
