Hi psychnars... For me kaya sa NHS kami pumunta kasi lahat ng famliy ko na nasa Canada dun nagpa-medical.... ;D Pero medyo matagal lang nga mag forward ng results.

Anyway as for your questions... Here are my answers base on our experience:

1) Immunization Records: Yung sister ko ng magpa-medical siya hiningan din siya ng immunization records, she is in Grade 6 at that time. But it was 3 years ago, so I think it is better na magdala na rin kayo ng immunization records.

2)Courier fee: Automatic nila itong sinasama sa fees eh ;D. Bale dalawang receipt ang ibibigay sayo, first yung sa Medical fees then yung receipt ng courier, which is 50 pesos per head.

3) Medical Fees: For our family, which is compose of 3 members. We paid 9,900 pesos and if I'am not mistaken the breakdown is as follows:

2 Adults x Php 4,000 ---------Php 8,000
1 (2yrs old kid) x Php 1,750 --Php 1,750
Courier fee (3 x Php 50) -----Php 150
TOTAL --------------------- Php 9,900

Hope this helps you... Goodluck sa Medicals niyo....

Chris....

Hi christopercarlo! Thanks for the infos. It will really help me we're planning to have our medicals on the 8th of April. :)

Just a question. Makakapili ka ba ng date ng seminar mo dito sa CIIP?

Im not sure but in my case they're the ones who gave me the date and asked me if im ok with it.

Every adult member of the family is entitled to attend COA, try sending your registration again by texting, email or fax. The one in charge must have missed some parts of your text.
As soon as we receive the invitation, we can already register/attend CIIP.
I've read somewhere that both seminars are equally important. I'm done with COA and have yet to attend CIIP.

Hi ladyk! When is your CIIP seminar sched? Mine is on Apr 6-7.
