Sana nga kimwayne. in process na ako ever since ma-receive ko yung per. and ung 3rd line sa ecas indicating when they started processing my file was the same date of my per.
almost same pala tyo ng timeline,so you mean,march 17 ka rin,In process.Wla pa MR mo?may agency ka ba?Ako,march 24 lng ako in process,but i am not expecting MR but i am hoping for it.Kulang pa kc yong documents nmin dahil addtional member.

By the way, I emailed Manila visa office and they responded that they sent my MR as well as a request for additional documents on March 15 (6 days after my 2nd AOR). However, I don't have it at hand yet. They sent it to my lawyer in Canada and I don't think they received the requests yet...I hope soon though... ???

may i know what's the content of your 2nd AOR from VO.
For me, my status is rvo (based on e-cas) with the details:
We rcvd your application on december 10, 2010
we reviewed your application and sent you letter on march 4, 2011. please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
hmmm, thats odd? not even mentioning refund? try to call them kaya sa call centre nila? kasi saken minention naman abt refund, but not abt docs being returned hayssst...
ann_jay meron diploma ang pre-dent........ ask the school... I also have SO (Special order) after graduating from Pre-dent. PM me where she took her 2 year pre-dent course. If she got a certificate then, put Pre-dent Certificate
wala nga capricorn, it was just written in her 1st few pages of TOR the school, years & subjects taken during her pre-dent & no certificate issued kasi nga nagtransfer siya ng ibang school for her proper. Yung iba din niyang batch kahit di nagtransfer di rin nabigyan ng certificate. so paano ba to?
