Thank you for the answer! There is a hope that they've already looked at my documents (since they requested some documents after RPRF), but I still worry. Could somebody tell me how to sent the request to FBI outside of US? Thanks a lot!
I still recommend you to request FBI PCC. Admissibility check is the very last step of the application and you can never be sure. It is only $18 per applicant but it will save you a lot of hassle (and 3 months of additional wait) in case they do ask for it. Also make sure you provide FBI a US return address(of a relative or a friend who can scan it back to you) to avoid facing transit wait after request has been processed. Further, make sure you get fingerprinted by a professional, otherwise you will have to go through the whole process all over again.
In case you still want to apply, here is the link with instructions:

1. Mostly June PPRs are done as of now.
2. July PPRs (the majority of cases) should be starting now. By Jan second week they should be done.
3. August guys should be seeing some action mid to late jan 2016.
I am August 05th AOR, I think I should hear something by Jan 15th. Does the above seem reasonable?

Yes I requested them to waiv it. Provided passport stamps to show that I never stayed for six months. And in the end I mentioned that if it cannot be waived plz provide extension. They did not waive it. I was not hopeful about exemption becoz on FBI thread there are people who stayed just 10 days and were asked to provide FBI. The also requested to waive but got extension. One person is in merchant navy. Their ship stopped in USA port he has no USA visa , did not even exit ship to enter USA still asked for FBI. Had I read that before I would have applied earlier and got it by now.

I applied with my spouse and it took about a month and few days for the whole thing. I guess it also depends on how uncomplicated you make your application and the VO
