I couldn't be happier, I was stranded in Belgium since mid-June and my LMIA refusal (I had to leave Canada).
I now have a few weeks to enjoy my family and friends and I'll soon see my girlfriend again! This is fantastic!

On a side note, does anyone know what the second AOR is about? I have seen a good number of people not getting it and still got their PPR.

According to spreadsheet its ur turn now. Good luck.

2nd AOR is when they send file to ur local visa office. But in any cases it's probably processed completely in Canada itself so they don't get second AOR. it is a good sign though. Local offices are faster than Canada.

haha. maybe.. that said i have not received a second AOR nor has my BG gone into process and i don't have ECAS access. All too fishy..

Received ITA June 27th.
Submitted July 6th.
Received Aor same day
Medical s passed in the 10th
Received 2 Aor July 22
Apparently received request for sch A and Imm5406. Didn't get the memo.

Received request for more docs from LVO on 27th July. Sent on the 28th.

Received mail asking for sch A and imm5406 again. Sent it off this time. Ecas in process since August 20th. 6 LINES.

My cic -BG check in process 19th Sept.

And BTW, I sent my passport copy with pictures to the Paris Canadian Embassy by Express International Mail on september 19th.

I hope they'll process it briskly !

As my file was treated at the Paris VO, (my PPR came with instructions to send everything to the Canadian Embassy in Paris) I didn't have to make any changes.
Just followed the instructions!

First time I pay 35 Euros for an express letter... And it's still in Belgium 2 days after, I hate the postal services here...
