I got BG in process from 31st October but no movement since... how long does it usually take from BG in process to DM/PPR? I saw that for most outlanders, it took hours or maximum 2-3 days.. but mine has been 2 weeks so I'm worried now. Is that normal for outlanders? I've only seen such a long gap for CEC/ Inland before...

Maybe If you have a familly it's longer. Also, do you have a canadian experience even if you are an outlander
I can understand your feeling. I start to think there is something wrong but at the same time I have a canadian experience even if I'm an outlander so maybe they are checking for this. Don't know!

No family..just 2 of us.. and no experience in Canada either. .
don't know..maybe I'm just freaking out..

I was just going through this thread and timeline signatures just now...
Just noted that there are a couple of August AORs who have bg check in late October/ early November but no movement since. . Maybe all waiting for the next batch.

in your case, your Canadian experience and family could add to the time...atleast seems lile there is a logical reasoning... if they had to reject, I think they shouldve done so by now....fingers crossed for next batch...

AOR August 10th.. Hoping my BG will start within the next 7-10 days.. Need to know if the CIC agent will be easy going enough to turn a blind eye on the sub-optimal NOC I selected, or if I'll get a rejection and re-enter the pool. Good luck to us all!
