All the files are in Sydney, NS. They have not started March FSWO/PNPO (sad). The operators cannot distinguish between CPC and CIO Sydney. Some reply CIO and some CPC. So they are the same place.
I think due to high amount of study permit applications (or some other unknown reason) they are not transferring the files to local VO. So our applications will need more time. CEC guys are having fun now.
Aor march 2. I emailed on march 5 where's my VO is. They replied, CIO Sydney, NS. I inquired again 3 days ago, they replied, CPC sydey, Ns. Its been 38 days now and no update yet on my VO. However, i sent a cse 2 days after my aor. And i receive an email saying it was already forwarded to the respective office. And based on the tracker, fswo with aor feb 21 to 28 have meds passed. Hopefully, march aors fswo received meds passed this week.
They are extremely slow for FSWO/PNPO without any reason. This week there is a long weekend. I am not expecting much but at least some update would break the degeneracy.

Some information suggests that files are going to CIO/CPC Sydney. First they do R10 and start A11.2 and then do medical. Then they send the files to local VO for background.
I noticed one FSW-O case in Immitracker AOR 28/Feb/2017 had medical passed today.
Hopefully those with AOR in first week of March 2017 will be seeing this in the next few days.

AOR - 19 Feb
Meds Passed - 31 Mar
BG - NN -> Not started - 1 Apr
Hoping that Feb applicants start seeing movement starting Monday. Some FSW-O Jan folks have reported PPR within 60 days. I am praying that CIC is consistent with those timelines.
I m not sure...why things are moving so slowly for our stream. If you check the average for Nov 2016, it took lesser ti,e. But FSW-O applications have really slowed since Dec 2016
