In my opinion, a case analyst has gone through your file and your eligiblity has been Met. At the local VO it would be reviewed by an officer, if the officer is okay with it your eligiblity would be passed and your BGC status would be updated to IP2 (not everyone's status is updated). How long would you have to wait to get to IP2? Well it all depends on your local VO.
This is just my opinion from the recent trend. You can order gcms notes just to be sure.
All the best.
Should i feel more comfortable knowing my application is perfectly in tune with their assessment parameters and i should assume i am 95% on the safe side??
For your eligiblity, things like your work references, ielts result, certificates, POF are checked. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-im...-a-background-check-in-depth-analysis.500146/
This link would help you understand security check.
Note that for some cases at CIO Sydney, when the additional documents status is updated to "we do not need any additional document", your file is ready to be moved to an LVO.

Like I said you'll never know if it's in tune till you get gcms notes. If it has left CIO then you should be almost safe lol. Don't worry you'll be fine. If there was a major issue, CIO would have cancelled your application.
I mailed my passport to CPC Ottawa and it was received on August 1st. Yesterday (August 11th 10:03 pm) the return tracker got activated but there is no change the status. I did not receive any email from IRCC. Is it typical? Should I be concerned?

My details in additional documents changed from "UPLOADED" to "DO NOT NEED ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS" last week.
Does it mean that file has been transferred to LVO, also has eligibility been checked already or not yet.

I emailed Ottawa to know the visa office and got reply on 31 July. They mentioned my file was at CIO and in future I should inquire through the online form (the form says they wont reply if the file is within normal processing time, that is six months). Should I email Ottawa again to know the VISA office or raise through the form as prescribed? I am at NA Since 22 June..
Unless you see some update/change in your account, there is no point mailing them again. There are more than 70 people with April to June Aor's stuck at Na2 with files in CIO Sydney.
So at this stage my anxiousness to check myCIC account is waning away. Instead of daily logins, i check my account only on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Its now been a long journey, made extra irritating by my non-cooperative consultants, who will not share the registered email id with me. Accordingly, I am unable to email CIC and ask for my status. Anyhow, for all i do know is that PPR has not arrived yet.
AOR is 03 April, IP2 since 19 July. Seeing applicants from July getting PPRs, i no longer know what to expect from CIC, if anything at all.
