100 Mins is equal to 1 hr and 40 mins Lay over at LHR (Heathrow), and the answer to your question is NO, you will never need a transit visa if you have an onward travel. Please note, you are not going out of airport. You shall be in transit lounge making your way to the gate where your next flight is waiting.

All you got to do is wait a bit more patiently and God willing, you shall have your PR handy shortly. Looking at your timeline, you should ideally have received your PPR in the last week of July itself (i.e. one month from passing your medicals). However, things have slowed down lately and I can only hope that CIC would expedite the process of issuing PPR emails once again.

inquired on vo last july and it was in sydney. inquired again a day ago and got the response today saying it's currently in my local vo which manila.. hoping for good news soon. im not sure what will be checked in the local vo though..
