Got an update on my cic account.
2 things changed at the same time.

1. Background = We are processing your background check
2. Documents = We do not need any more documents

My background was always NA, I never saw any change. This is the first time i am seeing this.

Can anybody tell what do these changes mean?

It means PPR anytime now!!!!! This IP2 stage.

Congrats to the lady with a charming name @astralsource and our brother from Nigeria @Galaxyshine .. on their PPR.
All the remaining ones in line are waiting for the PPR cloud to burst..hope we get to dance in the "rain" soon..

• Summary of the status (for me it was "we are processing your case")

PPR FINALLY!!!

I would like to share my joy with you all. You have all been great companions in the wait for this golden email. This forum kept me going and my hopes high, reassured every time I read a post that I didn't make any mistakes in my application (submitted by self).
The golden love letter from CIC dropped this morning but dated 17th.
I wish you all a speedy PPR and am positive there's gonna be another PPR rain this week.

Do we have any UK based resident from April who has received the PPR email after Friday last week?

The maintenance is still going on. Maybe CIC is taking some extra time to directly update status from NA to PPR (without IP2)

Maintenance is over. Good joke, though I think CIC may have many other items for maintenance (something that interests them and not the applicants

They provided summary of their own, I just sent them information on this format.
