FSW Landing - Flight transiting through Quebec (Montreal)

Hello,

I am FSWO currently awaiting for my COPR from Abu Dhabi visa office. My question is can I take a flight that transits through Quebec since there is no direct flight from my city to Toronto or other cities ? My plan is to do my landing in July and take a flight from Doha to Toronto while transiting through Montreal.

Would there be an issue with my landing ? I would appreciate if comments are supported by evidence or personal experience.

Yes, that's perfectly fine. Make sure you have enough time to finish the landing procedure in Montreal before you head to Toronto.
