Also found from my latest GCMS note that the application has been assigned to RC-2710. From what I gather, it's Montreal Office (before mine was at CPC-Ottawa)

Hi @legalfalcon , I received GCMS note for me but most details about my spouse is redacted: for example her UCI is removed, and a few entries in the review note section seems to be removed too (there are some huge white space between my entries so I guess her entries are in between)

I have a couple of questions:

1. When requesting GCMS note, do I need to submit a Consent form signed by my spouse as well? (i'm inside Canada, she's outside)
2. My spouse used to have UCI (from Visitor Visa), and when she's added to my PR app, they gave another UCI, which is then "household". In the GCMS note, I can see they combine the UCIs and say that the primary one will be <Blank> => how do I know which one is the primary one?

All individuals over the age of 16 have to submit their details in the consent form and sign it. If they did not sign the consent to release their info, their info from the GCMS notes will be redacted pursuant to s19 of the Access to Information Act.

Hi @legalfalcon , thanks for your response. In the consent form, it asks for UCI for my spouse, but since she has 2 and I dont know which one is then the primary one. Should I fill that field with 2 UCIs? Or use 2 separate consent forms?

I don't see how your expired WP is related to the ability to apply for GCMS notes. Pretty sure you can.

Cause I need to be physically present in canada to order notes without paying and I have to attach any prove. I’ve always attached wp.

I've never attached any proof of status. I just declared my address inside Canada in the form every time I requested notes.

If you are legally in Canada, you can apply for your GCMS notes.

Hi ! Quick update. I received ADR on April 8 (the officer had concerns about my foreign work experience). I requested a new letter from my employer with more details and submitted this yesterday (April 13). I received an email today that my document was received. Any thoughts?

What was the exact concern? Did you employment letter not have the roles and responsibilities listed? Also if you don't mind me asking what's your vo? Did they pass your eligibility prior to the adr request?

I received my PR confirmation email about 6 weeks after I sent an explanation letter for my NOC, but I sent it upfront.
I knew there was a concern regarding my NOC because I saw it in the GCMS notes. There wasn't an ADR for that.

I got an ADR for proof of funds though, and the PR email came 1 week after I submitted it.
My VOs were Montreal->Vancouver->Edmonton->Etobicoke
