Your overall timeline is pretty standard for an FSW-I. Just that it turned to NA quicker than others.
Now the best unknown wait from NA to IP(2) and eventually PPR. Nobody knows how long the VO will take to open and process our files. As of now, based on three cases it looks like they're working on applicants from around mid-Jan.
I agree this wait is extremely excruciating. I was lucky that I checked my profile yesterday. I did not receive any email notification for ADR.
So I started checking the MYCIC account twice a day.
It says "in progress" twice; once when your meds pass and once right before your PPR. It's the same for everyone. Doesn't really mean anything beyond being an indicator for when your PPR is ready.
Your eligibility will remain under review (in MyCIC) till they approve your application (after you submit your passport).
Do you guys/gals know(estimate) how well represented in the tracker with respect to what CIC processes everyday? I feel very few PPR being given every (working) day.
