My application (FSW) was received by CIO on 20 April 2012. And file was transferred on 30th April.
NDVO started processing file on 12 July and on 16th July 2012 they requested for Medicals, PCC, RPRF and Passports as well. I sent those requested documents n 23rd August 2012 and they were receive by NVDO on 24th August. After a couple of days I got the line 'Medicals results have been receive" updated on my eCaS. However, today NVDO sent me an email asking to send PCC though I already have sent the PCC along with other documents.. I contacted the bank and they say that the RFRF DD has be encashed...
What could be the reason they are asking for PCC again? Do I need to reply them that I have already sent the original PCC?
yes you should send them an email marked urgent in subject line..do mention the courier tracking number/date of package recieved and recier's name etc.

So, for sure they have received the courier. I replied the same email with the attachments of scanned copies for PCC for myesel and my wife.
probably within two weeks otherwis emax TAT for reply is 28 days...
