I'm confirming that currently they r processing Q4 2005 NOT 2009, this data is confirmed,
Before the new list ( 3 - 4 months back ) they were processing Q2 2009 then they stop and went back to 2005 and currently they are processing Q4 2005,
one strange case was processed 1 - 2 weeks ago and this case was 24 April 2008 and he got the medical request, so looks like there are some special cases or may be these cases r those found in the new current list, no one knows how they work !
This what I am talking about we don't know how they are working

I guess me and Dr Romello share close (if not exact) Time lines,
i wonna tell you a very strange think, i recieved my 2nd AOR (dated 19 April 2010) just yesterday 8th of Nov. , :-X :-[ :'(
does any body have explanation for that?
does that happen to you Dr Romello???
is there any consequences for that?
they say i have to call them if we did not hear from them in 6 months, any body doe that? shall we? what do you guys expect if we do so?
I have had the same situation. The visa office received my supporting documents on May 18, 2010. However, I received the second AOR in July through e-mail, and just yesterday the letter was delivered at my mailing address.
I don't think there is any reason to worry, as long as the date of AOR printed in their letter matches the date of receipt by them.
P.S: The letter was delivered by courier (DHL), and I had to pay fees of 18 EGP.
