Looks like EE is taking around 3000 applications per month this days. On this rate it will exceed number of FSW 14 application at the end of year.
For the record, Canada is 63 times bigger than Bangladesh and having one third of our population.

Q1. What is the expected timeline these days to see medicals received status on ECAS after hospital eUploads results?
Spouse had to go for medical furtherance test and results uploaded on Sep 17 and X-Ray posted to Manila Office via DHL on Sep 21.
Our case has been holding up since last year as we did medicals on Nov 11 2014. There was a problem on X-Ray and spouse had to undergo further tests.
Q2. We had submitted PCC+PP in Dec 2014. Later, we had to ask for PP back as we had to travel and there was no comm from SGVO on when the decision will be made. Do you believe the background verification would have not started till now? How long do you think it will take for us to get PPR again?
Q3. Medical for family was first done in Nov 2014, SPouse has completed further medical test as requested on Sep 17. God Forbid if we get visa and its issued after Nov 2015 would we get 1 year time to move?

This is a complicated one. My guess is they will hold you file until your medical is expired then issue another MR for you because it will be tight if they ask your passport now and your medical is expiring after November.
You should go for Gcms note.
