When did u notice ur fifth line. Was it updated after 4th line. Or all together appeared as 5 th line?

Today my 2 line ecas has been updated into 4 lines

1. We received your application for permanent residence on xxxNov , 2014.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on xxxxxFeb, 2015.
3. We started processing your application on xxxxxxx, 2015.
4. We transferred your application to the Singapore office on xxxxxx, 2015. The Singapore office may contact you.

What are the next possibilities?

I am not worried because I want to see how the goes on from SGVO from each applicant.

Bro, calculate on your nomination date by CIC. VO should response about your application within a year as per their due date..

Click on the "In process" button and you can see the details of lines.
And CSE stands for Case Specific Enquiry which is free and you can raise CSE from CIC website
GCMS stands for Global Case Management System which requires $5 and need to have relatives or use any other website with around $40. From GCMS you can get over 40 pages details of your case file.

I am no expert, just giving suggestion. According to Bangladesh bank foreign exchange policy you can make payment for immigration related fee through bank. Please go to the following link and check 23 & 20 number point:
https://www.bb.org.bd/openpdf.php
If your transaction is under these points, you can ask your bank for International payment.

Brack Bank. Visa office only allow bank draft from SCB, so for any fee payment through draft no other bank allowed.
