Guys,

I am sure that no November/December applicant of SGVO has got MR yet. So my question is that why sgvo kept those files untouched ? Do they want to clear May-July backlog files first ? ? Then Nov/Dec will start by turns ? How long we will hv to wait in queue ? ? ?

If any Nov/Dec applicant got any doc request, please raise your voice. :'(

Clearly you dont understand why those applicants who use consultant received FP letter. The problem is not to use consultants.

I believe that none of those applicants completed form IMM-5476 Use of the Representive, then consequently lead to the misrepresentation of the application materials, and as well as the work experience letters were prepared by the consultants by use the same template, which will expedite the VO to raise the concern of the rest of your application materails.

They have the right to reject your application if you could provid a reasonable explaination.

i am not telling SGVO is wrong, but they are slow...and due to the deeds of our consultants they are are thinking that we have forged our documents.

the main point is to meet together and helping each other. lets sort out a way to convince sgvo of the situation.
we can counter the so called agents and warn other applicants.

its not that i am holding a grudge against Sgvo......i am just trying to get out of this crisis and find a way.

Today I have got 4LU. Feeling very much pressure. May be PF letter is coming.
Who have got PF letter, how many days after 4LU u have got PF. Please share. Please suggest me if any suggestion for me.
Pray for all of us.

Hope we will come over all challenges.

Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.

Be prepared to explain any confusion that VO raise.

And hope that you never have to explain.

Dear Brothers and sisters
don't be tension free even after 3rd line update (medical received) today i have received procedural fairness letter even after getting 3rd line update (medical received)...in my last gcms it was showing...eligibility: complete, medical: complete, criminality: complete, only thing left was security ...they have given me 30 days to explain and provide docs that my lead statement and main responsibilities matches with my noc...

so everyone be careful who is not getting PPR after medical

no mention of passport number. it just says : pls submit passport for you, your spouse. & dependents (if applicable), ensure there are enough pages for visa, check that it's an ordinary passport not diplomatic, & check the exp date.

a lot of other forumites facing difficulties about PF. Patience is the best thing but lets meet and discuss how we can help others.
may be it will not make SGVO superfast but it will definitely be helpful for us.
if we get visas this friendship and cooperation will come valuable in canada also during rough times.

look i am dec 22nd applicant. my file is at the dead end of SGVO list. myabe i will have to wait another 6 months for any notice.
but i am ready to take the initiative to help others out and who knows maybe it will help my cause also.
its not a panic attack....its an organized effort to make things easy for all of us.

i lot of people like you have invaluable knowledge about the process and time period. we need people like you and others to be the mentors and guide. also those who got visas,ppr and MR are cordially invited. believe me your experience and opinions are precious to us.

the truth is that the sgvo is the slowest vo in the world and CIC told us in the AOR email and dont bother VO unless your processing time exceed the average.

and unfortunatly, we could see from here 'http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp' that on the aisa pacific area, processing time of SGVO after 26 June, 2010 is about 39 month.

except provding photos, you could gather the documents with the name of your wife and you, such as rental statement, bank account, itineray and also the customs stamps on the passport.

14 months waiting since my PR application in Jul 2014 but still not yet received MR. Why does SGVO process my file so slowly? Do you think I should apply for GCMS notes? I've seen some people doing medical check upfront although not receiving MR yet. Should I do that? Pls. share your experience and advices to help me, my firends! Thanks.

I'm from Iran, and I have 5 line in my E-case
1-received application
2- sent correspondence acknowledging receipt.
3- started processing application
4- transferred application to the Manila
5- sent correspondence for Doc. Up.
