Hello everybody,

I received DNA test request from SGVO today.
I added my twin babies info to my application previously.
Does anybody know anything about such test?
I will be happy to get some info.

Don't Worry, it will just cost you some time and money. What you will have to do are:

1. Contact with any of the 4 labs that you were suggested. For my case i have chosen Viaguard/ Accumetrix and it cost me 440 CAD .
2. SGVO wants a confirmation mail from the lab center and make sure that Lab center has sent it. Obviously they keep you CC while communicating with VO.
3. Send the specified photograph to SGVO.
4. Now join us with the Queue in waiting club for providing samples. Usually it is taken in front of Visa Officer and schedule of collecting samples are given once in 2-3 months.

Now the good news for you is that no sample collections are done in last 3 months and can get a schedule in this month hopefully. So hurry up and send all the necessary doc at earliest.

I also choose viaguard and confirmed them this morning as they are economic and friendly I felt.
How much time viaguard will take to confirm SGVO? SGVO didn't ask for any photo to send to VO in their letter.
Hope for the best. We all, waiting in this club, will get sampling request soon.

so strange he was said his noc does not match...hw come at this time they say like this...he is going to appeal...he visited my consultants office....they use canadian lawyars

Only strange? That's also rude and unprofessional, isn't it? The applicant's hopes were kept high and dangling for all those past months. CIC could have told him much much earlier what they recently told him. He could have then moved on with life doing important things. People not only invest time and money but also mind and emotions!

I hope his appeal turns into a success.

Little bit confusing regarding the experience. If my experience is not met, then i shouldn't have got the PER. But, in the next line, they have awarded me with 9 points for experience (1 yr experience). But, my total experience during the time of application was more than 4 years. Dont understand what is this??


Another thing: in another notes dated on 2014/09/05, it is stated that, "Based on documentation provided, duties performed by PA correspond to the lead statement & main duties for this NOC. PA appears to have a minimum of at least 1 yr of continuous full time paid experience in the last 10 years in this primary occupation. Documentation related to work experience on file - reviewed but not verified"


Experts please help me understanding this issue.

"reviewed but not verified.." Usually that leads to a phone call and/or site visit. Please stay prepared and let your supervisor know about a probable phone call and/or office visit. Good luck.

We all know July Bangladeshi Applicants are still untouched. Some of these applicants got reply of their CSEs from Manilla and some got no reply at all. Do you have any Idea why the whole lot remain untouched for so long now. Some of may and june applicants are in wait to get their updates but many applications of those months made it thru. Same happening in august, September and October even. What's wrong with July then? No update for any of julý bangladeshi applicants. Whats your view on this.....

Yes - 11 month gone but there is no update. Now it seems I never applied for Canadian immigration.

I need your expertised opinion and suggestion.I applied on 16/05/2013 and received MR on 03/06/2015 (more than 2 yrs !) . During application ,I provided police clearance . For last 1 yr 3 months,I am living in Australia .

Do I need to provide police clearance of both country now ?

Please advise me .

I have a PCC dated on 17th Dec'14

is this PCC is ok or i need new one?

Tuhin Vaia, If they ask for PCC before 16th Dec 2015 - your PCC is valid. If they ask later, you have to get new one.

I saw in others profile, they sent IELTS score after getting AOR.
My IELTS has expired in this May, but I did not get any request to send.
So....what should I do?

Ovey Vaia - No need to send if not requested before AOR. The reason you have AOR means your score was valid when they got it.
IELTS should be valid the date of the application. For eligibility review, they will reference your current/old IELTS score.

Anyways, it is not as if you can "get" the score right, you have to give the IELTS to get a score. I dont see a need to give it at this stage.

Seniors - Please pitch in and help Ovey make a decision.

You will need pcc from both BD and Aus.

Any country you live in over 6 month continuously requires a pcc.

Your IELTS time is locked when the file reached CIC. No need to send another score card and they will not ask for a new one again.
From you previous post, it looks like you applied second time after you rejected for the first submission. It should not be a
problem that they punch your IELTS sheet.
