So Can I apply under Electrical and Electronic Code "Electrical and electronics engineers (2133)"

Yes you can if you can show one year full time experience in your NOC with supporting educational documents.

You should have minimum of one year experience in the last 10 years in one of the eligible NOCs.
If your job responsibilities matches with that of NOC 2133 then you are good to go further in my opinion.

Lastly, don't forget to mark your Primary NOC as 2133 in the form.

1. Don't have IELTS yet. It will take around one month.
2. Don't have Assessment from WES or any authority. This will also take around one month.
so i will be ready to submit my application in 15 June.

Please don't waste time, yes you have all the chances to get selected. I also worked on IELTS, education assessment and preparation of documents, all completed with in one month. So just rush and start the process M sure u will make it and the most important thing is to Stay Positive if you want to succeed.
