Good to meet all fellow dec applicants here.
I sent my application under NOC 4214 on 23 dec & it was received by Donnie at CIC on 31 Dec 14, just in time.
From forumites analysis, it seems news of PER would come around mar/apr.
My doubt is that should I also apply for EE. Would FSW 2014 continue processing at the same speed now? Or, it will be on backburner, with maximum staff working to clear EE applications to meet new MI deadlines? Any thoughts?

I am also of same opinion that CIC staff would slowdown with new files processing of FSW 2014 applicants and would give more efforts on
processing the EE profiles whom applications they will start receiving from 1st week of Feb 2015 !! as they have deadlines with EE files to clear.
I have also applied in EE and suggest to try luck in EE system. If you get an invite there is no harm in processing with EE for PR, i guess it would only cost you a double fees charged as incase your FSW2014 if under CAP will also be under process. But that's sure if we get invite in EE, we would get process fast and get Visa much before the FSW file timelines.
It's just my suggestion ! It's all upto you take decision.

I posted my FSW 2014 application which was received by Mike on 10th Dec. I just find out that the checklist, fee payment form and generic application form had been updated in October and November respectively.
My application was sent with the August 2014 version of fee payment and checklist forms while that of generic form was June 2014 version.
My questions are:
1) apart from this 3 forms, are there any other form(s) that was updated between August and December 2014?
2) Do anyone also have this kind of experience?
3) The Forms are no longer on cic site please can anyone assist me with all the updated forms and information concerning this?
4)What do you think will be the possible solution?

We both are sailing on same boat my app reached on 1st dec 2014. we can expect our cc to be charged most probbly in the 1st week of feb 2015. ( As per the current trend of cc charging).

Right now, 6th Nov applications got their cards swiped. We can expect out swipes probably in the last week of Jan.
