I noticed few applicants of December 3rd and 4th got their CC charged yesterday. It seems like CIC is working in the same phase but we are not really seeing the updates in the forum here.
Anyway....lets keep our fingers crossed.

Seniors please help. Is FSW 2014 processing done FIFO towards capping for each NOC? Therefore does it usually mean that your application was rejected if others with later application dates that used the same payment method in your NOC category are charged and you haven't?
CIC's processing is not strictly FIFO, in that, it doesn't actually completely finish processing one day before moving on to the next. They do go in date order, but at times they may start processing subsequent days in parallel. Therefore, it doesn't mean your application has been rejected. Maybe CIC just has not got to it yet.
Just remember that until your application is returned into your hands, it is not over. There was a case on the forum some time ago where an applicant who sent in one of the hot NOCs in July thought he was out of the race, when lo and behold, much later in maybe October/November, he got a PER via snail mail, and realized he never was out of it .
