I Think I saw such a case somewhere, but I' am not sure.
however I don't see any need for doing this and actually it can cause problems as from what I understand the received visa is based on the medical request date(1 year from the medical request)
Correct my bro, forgot this important tip about visa validity and medical request.

Guys, you can not do the medical test unless you have got the required forms issued by the visa office. In addition, you will lose time of visa validuty since the visa is valid for one year "FROM THE DATE OF MEDICAL TEST".
Thanks aadham,
First point: I saw many people did that, may be it is different from VO to another.
Second point: yes very true.

Dears,
I am residing in Egypt. My file has been processed through CPC Ottawa. Yesterday I got PR. It says they can send only to North America. Can I provide my friends' address in Canada? Or should I ask for changing the visa office?
Is Cairo VO issuing visas (PRV) now?
I got an email from CPC-Ottawa which is handling my PNP file to send them signed "Consent to the loss of status under A46(1)(b) and waiver of appeal rights". I'm applying from Cairo, Egypt.
In the form it needs the signature of me, a witness and Minister's Delegate.
My question is who can be:
(1) a witness, is it anyone?
(2) Minister's Delegate? as I'm Cairo and the email is from Ottawa? should I leave this section without a signature?
Hi NNN,
I read that you can send your passports to the Canadian embassy in Cairo along with the email you received from CPC-Ottawa and they will print your visa here in Cairo.
Regards,
