99% I am sure. Nevertheless, we can not speculate about what CIC is going to do. Let us just keep our fingers crossed. Don't worry, I think EOI will be a very fast process like EOI-Australia. All the best and may God bless everyone!

EOI aus is taking more than 6 months to grant visa. and Degree evaluation takes more than 4 months so over all it is almost 1 year minimum. and if CIC will start EOI then they will accept applications in Jan 15 so it will take more time then current FSW.

Thats what I think.

Dear Bhavik,

My elder brother appeared for his IELTS in Sept-2012, got his score in Oct-2012 third week, applied for education credential assessment immediately and perhaps got his assessment done in a month, applied for EOI Australia in Jan-2013 and got his PR in hands in April-2013. So, I think EOI-Canada should work the same way likely.
