Ministerial Instructions are yet to be released on 26th April that will give full picture , so I think the eligibility criteria might change , Any thoughts ?
Don't worry, chances are pretty good this time, but don't be slow, get ECA and IELTS asap. meanwhile prepare your file.
if your NOC is not much in demand then you may get trhough.
if you are IT professional you can apply in either 2173/2174. Or SAP or some other product consultant 2171. If Database admin then in 2172. for IT professional effectively its 4000 CAP.
No brother ...multiple category is allowed...in that case CIC will provide u on later stage --an option/permission to discard one of ur file "stating that -we are processing file of XX NOC and we can discard ur YY NOC application".
I strongly suggest to put just 1 category to avoid disqualification. In my previous experience I haven't seen anyone applied with 2 category and got selected for one.
1. Use all the updated forms going to be listed on CIC website. ( for now wait for the official Ministerial Instruction from CIC on 26th April, they will update all forms on their website and announce it in coming days)
Guys...i had my application rejected last year for NOC 2132 because i couldn't arrange experience letter from my employer. Just wanna know how does everyone manage to get official experience letter with your duties written by the employer. I work in an automobile company and the HR denied me the letter saying it is not on the company's policy to provide experience letters. Any suggestions?
Dear Brother, there is no necessity of collecting experience letter from HR. Any of ur immediate line manager (from ur technical dept.) will be enough to assess the letter.
So just get the letter of mentioned above and u can avoid HR for this letter.
I would suggest all 2014 applicants to wait until 1st May to see full updated info and in case any changes in forms...rather than be disappointed after few months...

yes u r right may be changed.. but I guess this will remain almost same...
Dont be negative.. if there is some change..will bring more easier since this time CAP is huge -25000 compare to past 4 years (5000-FSW13 , 10000-MI-3,MI-2 so far remeber-20000)..
All Indian citizen residing and working in Gulf countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain should choose their Visa Office as New Delhi if they want faster processing of their application post PER stage.
Indian citizens residing in any above mentioned gulf country for more than 1 year have an option of choosing London VO but mind you London VO is very slow in processing, better to choose New Delhi. The only disadvantage of choosing New Delhi is that you have to submit your original PP at New Delhi so better make your calculations accordingly.

No its not about being pessimistic , but about being realistic, cause every year the point system changes , this is based on the history of immigration schemes,
So I am just telling that people should be aware about it
