not able to give u +1 .. time limitation of 168 hours ..
but on a serious note ... just wanted to know .. if the medicals are not ok .. do the rejection be sent immediately and status be updated to DM ...
also more thing .. if the documents we sent after medicals .. the receipts , pcc etc if they need any more .. do they usually send a mail for additional documents until they are satisfied or as they mention in medicals do they go for rejection ( the reason i m asking is during courier transit in case something misses out for any one or some documents are tampered) .. do they let u know the VO ..
asking in general .. just wanted to know ...seriously thanks a lot ... just wanted to know these
IME results are uploaded by the doctor. Then they are asseessed at the RMO and linked to GCMS file. If something was wrong with your exam, your doctor would have asked you to give the tests again. If they are submitted, they will be approved. Easy as that. If they miss something they email the applicant (procedural fairness).
I'm sorry friends my computer is acting funny , everytime I try to post something it shows an error and then i see my posts on the forum posted 2 or 3 times . plz forgive my computer as it does not know what its doing ;D
I have applied for PR under the FSW-2014, I sent all papers with the initial application except for police certificates, for now my application has been put into processing, as I'm resident in KSA the police certificate here can't be gained without presenting a letter from the immigration office as explained in the CIC website "on how to obtain the PC", however I have managed to get police certificates from other countries where I have stayed longer than 6 months, my question is, should I send the available police certificates to the immigration office and then send the one from KSA later or should I wait until they send my the mentioned letter to get the PC of KSA and send them all together in one parcel. Appreciate your advise.
I don't see any rejected reason after medical and RPRF fees have been paid. VO has put lot of efforts in reviewing your documents and approved for granting you a visa. If in case he has any doubts an interview can be scheduled. Unless you are found to be a threat to Canada (security or medically), I don't see any reasons for rejection.
Think on positive note and spread happiness around you
Until now in FSW 2014, I haven't seen any rejection reported on the forum..
The average timelines are 45 days for MR after 2nd line update. I suggest you wait till then. It highly possible that they are waiting for some info as during this time they do background checks and employment verification check etc.
thanks makes me feel a lot better ... dont want to spread the negativity
just the waiting is hard !

The validity of a PCC for CIC is 6 months hence sent the ones you already have so that they can account for it and not come back asking for it again.

Re: VERY IMP: Nature of Procedure after 3rd Line Update...???
Per me the actual steps are quite limites however time is spend usually waiting.
IF PCC were not asked for, VO post MR will validate your file and send to RFV team. For NDVO it takes around a month for then to pcik it and a couple of days to issue DM/PPR.
If PCC was asked with MR, add 5-10 more days to that process for security and criminality checks + wait time upto a month.

Dear Forumites, (Timeline is as on left)
Please enlighten me with the nature of the procedure to be completed before issuing the
PPR / DM..?? Please explain the procedure...
My knowledge is that it is only a matter of turn of your application for which the status
switches to DM / PPR.
