You should get IMM1017E attachment email for all 4 members of the family. irrespective of their age. I got it for my 5yr & 20 months kid.
You don't need to wait the email for your 2year old if you have UCI. If you dont have UCI# then wait for 48 hours and reply back to MR request email < DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca >

1. Please let me know the list of medical tests expected for MR. - General checkup, Chest X-Ray, Eye checkup, Blood test (HIV). If any history of Ailments, then doctors recommend for additional tests
2. My son is 8 years old, do he need to appear in medical tests? - Yes, but will be recommended by Doctor
3. What is the expected time frame to receive MR/PCC request after AOR email - 1-3 months

1. Cover letter
2. Medical Bill payment Receipt
3. Copy of Passport Bio pages
4. Document Request letter from Visa office
5. Police Clearance Certificate) PCC (Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate) If the PCC is in a language other than English a translation is required

What is the average time to get the PPR or Decision made update after the 3rd line update from NDVO as per the current trend. In case if all the documents are sent along with medicals.
