We really don't know if this NOC is capped. Many applicants especially the December applicants like me been waiting for cc charging or dd encashed. Maybe we will just wait for a news when someone receive a returned documents due to NOC was already capped.
Hi guys, i need a advice from you...
I received PER on 12 /01/2015,but visa office is not mentioned anywhere in the mail. I got a reply from CIC that my file is now transferred to Moscow visa office,whereas I am currently staying in India and I selected New Delhi as my visa office.
Pls suggest what needs to be done.

Hi we have almost the same application timeline, i think what u received is aor by vo. But did u mentioned in ur generic application form your preferred vo? In my case i put abu dhabi bec that is where i am nearest, im from dubai. Hopefully to receive aor today, can't wait to receive it...i suggest write a mail to them informing your situation.

No charging happened since 16th Jan'15 (Application date -7th Nov/CC). We are not sure if CAP has reached or they have put HOT NOCs on hold temporarily.
In case charging starting again, there are very high chances that you are IN.

It seems to be that way, that they might have put hot NOCs temporarily on hold to balance the applications of the cold NOCs. Otherwise all 25K applications will be fillled by HOt NOcs,. May be it is just a guess
Have you thought about the possibility the maybe the NOC 2133 cap was reached, I mean CIC got 1000 COMPLETE apps before december 31th but they are processing late apps ONLY as a replacement for those 1000 apps that fell into cap that didn't pass further assessment
congrats I think you were the last to be cc charged on the spreadsheet and you have got the per it means the cc charging for 2133 will start soon or we might already be in cap.
