Dear seniors, are we out of the game of noc 2133?. I am 17th Nov applicant.

I don't have any idea of why they have stopped charging suddenly????

But I dont think that 2133 is CAPPED and I have my reasons to think so:

>> last cap update of 19th Dec put 258 app as pending MI review, so if we consider MI review as stage post charging (not counting the waiting) in that case till 19 Dec, almost half of OCT applicant were charged based on SS data...
So you still have 223 apps to be accommodate in the 1000 CAP and its almost impossible to have 223 apps in second half of OCT only...

and that's what make me believe that 2133 has not reached 1K mark yet...

My prayers for all of you who are waiting for charge....

I agree with you as i see some person in noc 2281 that is very similar to ours got charged at jan 9th,his or her application had received at November 5th I guess,on the other hand some guy from noc 2131 with the application date of november 13th got charged as well but well this noc is not much similar to ours ,like 140 less than us.
but i hope these are good signs,that november apps still have a chance.

as my previous post I think early November apps has a great chance to be in cap,the question is for the middle November apps and after that,are they have a good chance or?OMG I even wont think about this question.
