I want to ask , If someone has an Electrical Engineering Degree , then is it compulsory for him to apply under NOC 2133 " Electrical and electronics engineers " ? Since the qualification is related to this occupation. OR , if someone holds the same degree that is in the discipline of Electrical Engineering but is planning to apply under NOC 2241 " Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians " , so it fine too ?
I mean, Is there any restriction for an engineer to apply under the technicians stream if his duties match with it ? or if he does so, then he may get a refusal stating that your qualification does not matches with the NOC code.

Important is your job description, your duties.. it might be a construction manager, procurement manager.. it can be anything.. your qualification, your education is important till ECA Evaluation

Thanks you Click.Trick for responding back. So what you're saying is that ... It is fine to apply as a technician even if you hold a bachelors degree in an engineering discipline. Right ?

Yes you are right, but you need to look at your future, what sort of job opportunities u gonna get, i have no idea about that.. but i am dead sure u can apply to any NOC regardless of your education qualification, it totally depends on your work experience and your job description

I have all the documentation ready now. I have few questions:
- I am staying in Canada as a Student. Just to confirm, should I send my application package to Sydney?
- Which is the immigration office should I write (in Generic Application Form IMM0008ENU_2D) for processing my application? Is it Vegreville?
