I am not very sure whether they will still issue aor this yr for Sg VO. When I visited the visa office, they said they wouldn't. Anyone of you in Singapore can visit them to double-check?

Seems we cannot get police clearance without request from CIC.

Do you think we can get police clearance with just UCI number?

No I dont think so according to CIC's specific instruction for Singapore VO applicants
