Heard background verification is going on in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar for 3142 NOC. One person informed in the physio's whatsapp group...Got surprised as the verification is done after MR/RPRF/PP submission.
Just want to know forum members view if they usually check only the current employer or previous ones.In my case my wife has shown experience for last employment and at the time of filing the application, I wrote homemaker as it was difficult to get exp. letter from the current one.
So technically she is unemployed from last two years.
Any comments??
Congrats to everyone for MRs,DMs,PERs,AORs

Thanks as always dear. Hope they won't get offended as if I'm trying to see how they work. It is just for my own understanding.
Edit: Thanks nmg. Repped you and rawdah.

Well they generally check the current employer. Checking with old employers is unheard of according to me. All the best!!!

It is not easy to take CWNE and CCIE for me. How do you think about chances for CCNA. I am thinking to take the below course (from your second link)

I still do not understand what this BG checking is about after MR/PP/RPRF submission. What if they find a candidates BG unsuitable/unsatisfactory after medicals, are they going to just Reject it and top of that keep the RPRF with them? Utter nonsense. They should ensure BG satisfaction before medicals uniformly.
Guys, just an update.
Received today Passport with Visa and COPR.
Wish u all best of luck and hope to meet some of u in Canada.
