Are you able the access your account at WES website? Once you are in, you can see detailed invoice and you can pay using your credit card. ECA report costs $180 and international courier $ 100, rest is tax. I don't know if you can change your invoice and opt out international courier option but once you access your invoice, you will be able to see available options.

You can apply PPC for UK without receiving request from SGVO. As soon as you receive your PCC, send it to SGVO under a cover letter. You need to make sure that PCC must reach at SGVO within 3 months of its issue date. Once PCC is reached at SGVO, it will be considered valid for 1 year from the date of its issue.

I sent an email on Jan 24th to confirm that I will attend the interview on given date and time however I have not received so far any confirmation from LVO except the auto reply that my email has been delivered to them.
Has anybody received separate email aside from auto reply? If yes, Shall I send a reminder email on 'London-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca' or wait?

Today morning I have received my medical and PCC requests from CPP-O.

I also have a few questions.
1) Are medical requests required for the children as well ? The letter which I
received from CPP-O is a little confusing. In the original e-mail they requested
he medical requests for my spouse and me only. But in separate e-mails they
have sent the medical request form to my spouse, me, and my son. Anybody
knows what to do in this case ?
2) Also how to add a newborn baby to my current application ? They have not
mentioned anything about adding a member in the e-mail containing the MR
request.
