Seems like its hacked. Someone exploits its vulnerability.

Servlet ecasweb is throwing exception.
Might be corrupted file/missing file/HDD failure anything ? Check it on Server Side.

IO Error while parsing file '/WEB-INF/tiles-defs.xml'. D:\OPT\apache-tomcat-5.5.15-ecas\work\Catalina\localhost\ecas\loader\org\apache\struts\resources\tiles-config_1_1.dtd (The system cannot find the path specified)

System is not able to find the file on above mentioned path and IO error for parsing xml file.

Secondly, looked at the spreadsheet, only LVO ppl got such response for 1112 and 2174 NOCs
