Mr.Three Star you have a FIVE star status here ;D.....so could you please brief me what r the stages a file goes through after reaching the local VO.

i dont have that much details ...but to keep it simple you need to undergo all the mental stress that u undergo for getting per..and finally u get MR, pprf fees and passport request one day....and again u got to wait for may be 3 to 5 months undergoing mental stress to get ur passport stamped....there u go Mr:Canadian. ....and if u r very lucky like 5% of applicants ...then u may have some background checks but thats very rare

I think ur New application will be returned also, if u check CIC website, it says u should send original IELTS. Copy is only accepted when u r already rejected, but meantime u should also attach the refusal letter from CIC for last application.
So I suggest u just wait another day, or find another way to get ur original IELTS.

Send only IELTS TRF copy instead of a duplicate one or it will get rejected again and returned as in my case.Plz go to ur nearest IELTS Test center where u gave it and request them an IELTS TRF form. SUbmit ur passport copy along with the rejection mail/letter u received and 1250 Rs. They willmail it at your address within 7-10workingdays...

Hi guy's an update from my side

NDVO received my medicals today -- ECAS status update

There is no update on ECA status about passport and rprf fee
my passport was received by them on the 10th of jan as intimated by the courier service

what other ECA status updates can we expect after or along with medical received

Congratulations.
I believe the next update on ECAS would be decision made.

Im not sure if anyones noticed this but.......

We have about 14 NOC 2145 petroleum eng. on the spreadsheet but only 4 on the CIC website....WTF?

8 out of 14 applicants on the SS who got PER are of JUne n JULY..... And the CIC updates have already taken these months into account??

Not to cause any worry but has CIC overlooked these or have people updated such erroneously???
