They do not charge the card if you are rejected and no EcAS updates. U won't be able to access it . That's what happened in my case

I sent my application earlier this yr under NOC 2174 which got returned stating cap reached, after which i resend my application under NOC 2134. CC got charged on 2nd Jan....I used the older application's UCI number and my current ECAS Status says "In Process-Application received on Nov7th".
This is the date when my second application (NOC2134) reached CIC.
Still Havent received my PER yet. Wonder whats wrong with CIC , No PERs since Dec 18th fee encashed ??? :-\

Did any one notice the below while checking ECAS ?

Note that the Client Application Status tool is updated weekly, usually on Tuesdays

Seems its worth CHECKING ECAS MULTIPLE times on Tuesdays, But unfortunately today it seems very quite :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

BTW who has told you to mention the UCI number in the new application(this is just for curiosity i am asking)
the reason i am asking is, i'm also going to re-apply under different NOC, in a dilemma whether to metion the UCI number or not....

Its a required field once u get any UCI number from CIC for any application. Its applicable for any category of application u made later for Canada to put that UCI number. Hope this will help.

From this, it can be guessed that CIC has an instruction to all VO's to process files of FSW13 along with Backlogs...

Now the matter is when SGVO is going to send MR to us...keep patience, GOD is kind..remember... ;D ;D[/size][/size][/size]

Though that was necessary, but i think this willl not create an issue. They will issue same UCI to ur existing application. I can remember same was happened to one of our forum member. So dont worry dear!
