Hi Faizzz,
Happy Id wishes to you and all friends out there.
I haven't forgotten my promise of the 1Kg of the best sweets to you once the MR materialises.
BTW in my earlier post I was referring to those of us early birds who applied in May in the 0211 Category and I realise that many Brothers and Sisters of the other code groups are also awaiting the MR desperately. I wish ID & Makara Sankranti would make the hearts of those officers at NDVO & other VO's more joyous so that our files get expedited quickly.
WOW! longest post from me till date.
I believe you can send the application again, once you receive the previous application back.
Did your CC/DD get charged? Also what does your ECAS status show???

Hey All,
My application was returned today saying my job duties are not aligned with NOC duties.
It said "The employment letters from xxx and xxx do not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties. Therefore, I am not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation described of the NOC."
Now my question is - does the job duties in the letters should say exact the same thing as per their NOC job description ? Can i now modify the letters and re-submit the application ? what are my options ? Please advise.
hi manonquest ....i can imagine that you are little more anxious.....but you are so lucky that you are just 1 step away...so relax and be busy packing your stuff and shopping.....but as far as i know every step in this immigration process like per, aor , mr , stamping will take 2 to 3 months time as per one of the reliable consultant. so you may need to wait for 40 to 50 days more to get your golden passport back .....dont be surprised if u get it much early.....good luck. ....try to spend your time with your loved ones in india till then because it gets so difficult to meet them so often again once u move to canada.
Yep absolutely right manoquest... I completely empathize with the emotions of all applicants who have been waiting for years for their dream to come true...
But thats how NDVO works... very unpredictable...
Early MR recepients... Request to share their status whether you have got any notification: DM(s)/ Visa(s)
God bless all....

The same thing happened to me in May. You have to included everything that it has asked for in the General Application guide. job decription, pays work hours everything. We didnt put he pay and work hours so got refused. If you correct everything and reapply. It will be considered as a new application.

Hi, Usually other VO's took around 30 -max 45 days after the date of Medicals, But as NDVO is clearing backlogs of 2010 & 2011 - Its highly impossible to predict the visa timeline of 2013 applicants, To my knowledge so far none of the NDVO FSW 2013 APPLICANT GOT VISA
