I got recently married ( 27th Dec 2013). I have received request for MR,PCC,RPRF and Passport on 23rd Dec 2013.
Now I have marriage certificate and went to thane PSK for PCC.They simply refused to issue the same saying that I need to first endorse my spouse name in passport and then only they can issue PCC for both..Really got the whole day wasted...Only choice I have is to apply via Tatkal since I need to submit all my docs before 6th Feb 2014.
For tatkal its required Grade A officer letter which I dont have.Can anyone on forum help/guide on this.People from Mumbai/Thane region please revert if you have any suggestions on this.

I am happy to share the good news to forum. I got updates from CIC. They asked me to provide below details.

• Updated evidence of settlement funds (showing 6 months deposits/ withdrawals history) for yourself/ your spouse
• Medical examination for yourself and your spouse (Medical Instructions will be sent separately via email within the next 48 hours)

• New original FBI certificate for yourself and your spouse

• New original police certificate for yourself and your spouse from India

• Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) for yourself and your spouse. You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa. Please follow these steps:

Coz it will take atleast 5-6 weeks...

Today is an amazing day.

Two Visa office has started to send MR--->One slowest VO LVO. Another is Sydney VO.

Our Admin VATS also rcvd MR.

Now really expecting MR from SGVO... ??? :-[

Don't want to spoil your day but I think he said Ottawa previously (i.e. CPP-O).
