I got recently married ( 27th Dec 2013). I have received request for MR,PCC,RPRF and Passport on 23rd Dec 2013.
Now I have marriage certificate and went to thane PSK for PCC.They simply refused to issue the same saying that I need to first endorse my spouse name in passport and then only they can issue PCC for both..Really got the whole day wasted...Only choice I have is to apply via Tatkal since I need to submit all my docs before 6th Feb 2014.
For tatkal its required Grade A officer letter which I dont have. Can anyone on forum help/guide on this.People from Mumbai/Thane region please revert if you have any suggestions on this.
