I dont think any body from Nov has been charged. Keep looking at the spread sheet.

FSW applicants doesn't require any license for obtaining their visas.

CIC NOC charged is coming from cap update on CIC website.

i receieved PER in November (application reached to CIC in July)
since then no correspondance from the visa office (as it said in the email that the application will now go to visa office)
my visa office in London.
does anyone know how llong the whole process shall take ?
