Forum mates I need your suggestion. I have been blessed with a baby boy last Saturday. Should I immediately submit the updated information, the new generic form, additional Family Information along with other required particulars at this stage or should I wait for the response from LVO first on my previous application in terms of MR. Based on the information other guys who got MR, I think VO again asks for the updates at that stage as well. Just for easy ref. I have already got my PER in July 2013 and now my file would be with LVO and the processing is expected to be started in early part of 2014.

I havent receieved any MR yet............ I am the only one in my NOC and there is nothing I can predict ....have there been any background checks....i have changed jobs so in the hustle bustle of same as i exited the country and will be returning on a fresh visa...........

please update me on the current scenario of the NDVO guys....

it will be of tremendous help and calm me............

september applicants are already charged...means applications of sep applicants are opened those who paid through credit card they know abot their application but those who paid through DD waiting for positive reply from CIC which is expected before christmas.

Did anyone get update on the applications submitted on Sep '20. I submitted for NOC 0211 and till now I didn't get any update from my Attorney.

Does it take this longer ? Or is it based on the NOC codes?

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

this means what ..i have to submit my passport along with RPRF or they will send another mail

The email states very clearly that submit the RPRF along with your valid passport and even the old/cancelled/expired passport should be submitted.

Is CIO done with oct files for all nocs or only some nocs???...And when thy r gonna strt working on nov files,I am a Nov first week applicant (3211) if anybody could answer... I really appreciate....

Latest CC charged is Oct 31st. Applications submitted till October 30th for all NOCs have been reviewed by CIO.
