Please how do you know this Fatenny? i.e it's NOC based

From a senior whose is already a PR. Take a close look at the spreadsheet, also we needed to address our applicatn with NOC stated on the envelope, from that I gather different officers are to handle applicatns based on NOC! Although there is an overall cap, but each NOC take 300 applicants.

How do I know if my file has been transfered to my local VO???

I only got a PER, which said that "Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing" but not when it will get there.

i mean, arranged employmnet, Phd etc...

shall i mark with pen as NA or levait blank as it is

Floxzy, we FSW2013 Timeline admins CANNOT ban you from the forum, we do not have that authority. It would have to be the Admin from Canadavisa, contact them and make the enquiry. Sorry about that though, many people think we control these things, when they have technical problems that affect them and they text me and ask me to fix these and I explain that our abilities are limited they get quite upset....I have 109 -1s to show for it....it hurts my heart.

Don't worry all applicants are in the same queue. I am 100% sure about it becoz I have the statistical data than making a mere observation by looking at the spreadsheet. PM me your email and I am ready to share the result with you if you want....
