I feel both of your assumptions seem not correct, they would definitely check for the job responsibilities as one of the eligibility criteria and if those applications not matching the job responsibilities as per the NOC criteria will not fall within the cap and returned.

Moreover 75 % acceptance is rather a very high percentage.

Are you talking about the generic form ? or economic class form? If generic form then it is 04-2013 economic class is 05-2013 .

The latest IMM0008 generic form is as of 04-2013, not 05-2013. There are only 2 versions mentioned in previous posts: the older 12-2012 and the latest 04-2013.

Only the IMM0008 schedule 3 is as of 05-2013.

Thanx Derricktse. Yes I have got schedule 3 with date 05-2013. But generic form is 04-2013. I thought it should be 05-2013. Anyway now it is fine. I will send generic with date 04-2013. thanks once again.

I verified and re-verified and re-verified with IE, Mozilla, firefox everytime to find out it was 04-2013 and NOT 05-2013. Meet me some day and I'll kiiilllll you! (just kidding!)

Yes the footer and the way they generate the barcodes. It's up to them now if they reject on the basis of footer or the format of the form.
