They never send an email. Old trend, they just send whole package back. They only add email once the UCI is assigned and you officially clear Stage 1 & 2. The first e-mail you get from them is PER / NER.
Marta, I'm super sorry to see this happening to you and the first red entry in our tracking spreadsheet... You were our front-runner! Why did they ask to resubmit? Was your form the old form before May 4?
Can it be, that they refused, because you used the old form (since you sent it so early, maybe the old one was in you cache, etc.)? Could you check the date at the bottom of the Schedule3 pages? Also, do you see the stamp date on your envelope, it would be also interesting when it was sent by them (so we would know how many days it took for them to check it)?
Oh thanks Huang I just want to know roughly how many people in hot NOC's are in such forums? I assume they might even have spreadsheets like the one we have over here? Would be nice to generally know the atmosphere there too, once in a while. I'm know as a big-hugger, so a big hug from me Marta.

As I posted before, as Chinese applicants need to get another local education assessment before ECA (stupid regulation!), we are naturally late at the startingpoint! Only limited lucky one has completed and send their package. As far as I know there is no spreadsheet yet on the forum. Someone did creat a chat group to discuss this, but I did not join yet, however I do not think there are ppl as many as 2011.
Many Newcomers are still preparing, but the voice from early bird is almost none.

Dont loose hope. it looks from your mail that they just asked you to replace schedule3 form with new one.
They havent rejected your application or have they? If not, I would say just send the new form ASAP without any delay.
You are right in speculating that by the time you send new forms the cap is already filled but we dont know for sure how they work.
For all we know they might have put your application aside waiting to receive the new forms. I might be being too optimistic but dont hurt to give a shot. whats to loose....
