Your file is perfect..Nothing is required to mention here thay your wife name is changed after marriage.Surname always get change after marriage and for that you have already put the marriage copy.Thats it nothing else is required.

Dont worry ..everything is fine from your end.

I thought the same. I don't see any reason for going all out to look for more evidence when you have already added your marraige certificate. Visa wont be issued at this point. this is just a starting point and if they need further information, they will ask for them but that will be after you secured a file with CIO. So stay calm and worry not.
