We all know how hard time was while preparing the documents and now this waiting game which is cracking our nerves!
So please, let's make the conversation here more positive as i see it is becoming a nasty atmosphere here.

Let's just calm down, and let's just remember that we are just starting it!

Yeah guys, cool down! I am thinking even though 2174 might be already capped but they are getting enough pool of applications to screen the best candidates... Because in very popular NOC like 2174, they might get the first 300 people due to quota alone but if they want to have quality candidates, they might alot more people for a "pool" of candidates to choose from...

This will work if you provide for australia, canada and NZ immigration!
from next year Canada is also going to implement EOI process ..I think there are many thing you can include in your app. Its good to develop such a product.

What is this EOI process? Is it any replacement to fsw

There is no screening of best candidates. Not even allowed by FSWC operation procedure.

For FSWC 1 and 2, it's the points based system with selection factors. Either you qualify or you don't.

When they take 300 complete applications than they do the assessment of those 300 applications based on selection factors.

You really think that CIC has time to look whose IELTS and work experience is better so they can give the PR visa to someone who has IELTS 8 instead of 7? Or for example to give the PR visa to someone who has 3 years of work experience instead of 1?
