no.. doesn't matter. You just need to score 67. Visa Officers will calculate against each selection him/herself. If you are eligible, than you are good to go.

I have applied in 2147 FSWP 2013. I have relative in Toronto whom i have shown as well as reference.

There is Manitoba PNP where i have friend who can sponsor me, should i apply to Manitoba as well (just incase FSWP fails for any reason)

Check Manitoba PNP and sponsorship section. I heard only blood relations can sponsor, but you'll find your answer there

Friends can sponsor in Manitoba. does not have to be a relative.
