Didnt you use their Express service? I sent my docs from Kuwait on Tuesday May 7th and I just checked the DHL tracking and its reached Ontario and by today it should reach CIC too.....Why is your expected delivery date so long?

I donno...I used express service. Iam in hyd.last time I sent wes it reached 2 days...well I sent lets wait n watch

FedEx is taking a lot of time to deliver. And going haphazard They first reached Quebec, than back to Mississauga, than New Brunswick, now in Nova Scotia but still the other side of Sydney ??? I am officially pissed off now!!

Yes, the form was not changed, only the date, but CIC has clearly mentioned that from now on (4th May), only new forms will be accepted. Dated on Generic, Checklist and Schedule 3 is changed.

However, there might be a chance that CIC might not bother 2012-12.

I just spoke with a call representative at CIC using the contact provided earlier.

He said that he cant say if they will accept or return the application package with IMM008 Generic Form dated 12-2012.

Again, CIC played smart... Why update a form dated 04-2013 in May. Worst... why delay the update of this form if it has been ready since April till Saturday evening of May 4 when they said that new forms will be available before FSWP opens on May 4.

Really, I dont know why CIC operates like a secret organisation.

Fingers crossed till CC gets charged.
